Le Val d’Hérault, a 4-star campsite in the Cévennes, welcomes you to Brissac, in the heart of the Hérault Gorges Grand Site de France, at the gateway to the Cévennes National Park, between the Séranne mountains and the Mediterranean.

There are many places close to your family campsite in Brissac where you can discover an enchanting world of subterranean landscapes, each more beautiful and surprising than the last: the Grotte des Demoiselles, the Grotte de Clamouse, the Abîme de Bramabiau, the Mecca of French speleology, the Grotte de Trabuc or the Aven Armand.

During your stay at the 4-star Val d’Hérault, from your mobile home rental in Brissac or your camping pitch, you’ll have plenty of time to try your hand at a wide range of activities, from canoeing and kayaking in the Cévennes to rock climbing in the Hérault Gorges.

In the Séranne mountains, the more adventurous can experience the thrill of paragliding over the rocky Cévennes landscape.

In the geological setting of Lac du Salagou, enjoy activities for the whole family: cycling around the lake, paddle, catamaran or hiking.

Last but not least, you can enjoy a swim in the crystal-clear waters of the Hérault gorges in complete safety.

This is particularly true of the Pont de Saint-Étienne-d’Issensac beach, next to the Le Val d’Hérault campsite, and the Pont du Diable beach, at the entrance to the gorges.

Further afield, you can head for the Vis gorges at Ganges and take the opportunity to visit the Lac du Salagou, which also offers beautiful panoramas between ravines and red rocks.
